What an incredible journey filled with all the emotions.
Yesterday was a special day for Excape Studios.
Not only because we handed over a cheque of €12,192.80 to a voluntary charity who gets no government funding, but more so because we sat down and learned so much about where this money will be going.
Margaret and Linda have worked in Heart Children Ireland for 37 years between them & are real life heroes working out of a tiny office in Dublin city.
Our aim was to raise 5K for Heart children Ireland in the birth of this event. Yesterday we handed over 12K to a nationwide organisation with over 1,000 member families that depend on fundraising and donations from individuals and businesses.
They aim to enable all people affected by Congenital Heart Defects to live the best possible lives. Heart Children Ireland support parents and families, children, teenagers and adults throughout their lives.
Many lives will be touched as a result of this donation, and we want to thank anyone who has invested time to help us throughout our fundraising campaigns & also for donating towards us jumping for Heart Children Ireland.
We have plenty of exciting things planned for the next few months so watch this space.
